We just moved to Japan 3 months ago and suddenly our kids got sick. For almost a month we’ve been hopping from one clinic to another and prescribed with tons of medications but only got worse. Then I got referred to this clinic and had our consultation with Dr. Karl Che and I have to say that it was the best consultation session ever!! He speaks English very well, very compassionate and thorough when it comes to our kid physical examination, answer all of our questions patiently (very detailed too) and most importantly he is very good in diagnosis. Very friendly and helpful staffs/nurses (and they speak English fluently too). All in all a very good clinic with impeccable list of doctors, highly recommended. (Google Reviews)
Efficient and friendly. I was able to call and schedule and appointment within an hour. The doctor on staff subtletly chided me for the decisions I made that led to ear pain, but it was done in good spirits. He was kind, knowledgable, and spoke English better than I do. The total cost ran about 21,000 yen with meds and without insurance. I obviously don't want to be in that office paying that amount (who would?), but the peace-of-mind and customer service allowed me to continue my travels and enjoy Japan. (Google Reviews)
